  • How do you get clients permanent results?

    To help you achieve permanent results, my fitness plans teach you how to: 

    -Adapt your routine to hormonal + energy fluctuations

    -Structure your workouts into your schedule with it feeling exhausting

    -Match your nutritional needs to your goals without hours spent in the kitchen

    -Regular check ins and support to keep you accountable through setbacks and hard days

  • How long does it take to get results?

    Results depend on how quickly you can implement the lifestyle changes I recommend.

    Fitness results run deeper than exercise sessions, they involve sleep hygiene, nutritional changes, stress management and incorporating various forms of movement. Clients who follow the full program begin to feel results right away and see results within the first 6-8 weeks.

  • What can I expect when I train with you?

    You can expect a positive and fun learning environment. I will give many verbal and physical queues for your form and breathing. On the rests we can chat, catch up, vent, whatever you need I’m there to listen, validate and reciprocate. It’s a balance of getting an effective workout and healthy socialization.

    I know we are not going to feel or be able to give 100% every single time and I would never expect that. I will always meet you where you at and help you feel accomplished for showing up.

  • What can I expect during our consultation?

    This is our chance to get to know each other and discuss how I can help you reach your goals.

    I’d love to know who you are outside of fitness and 2-3 things you’d like to accomplish for your physical and mental wellbeing.

    I’d also like to know what your day to day life looks like. Are you a busy mom, working numerous jobs, juggling multiple responsibilities and obligations at work and at home, studying? And finally, what’s your experience with fitness? Is there anything specific you enjoyed or didn’t enjoy?

    With this information I can provide on the spot insights, solutions and show you how I’ve helped clients with similar goals and situations get there. We will finish the call by answering all of your questions. 

    After our call, I’ll send you a detailed email that summarizes our discussion, a blueprint of how we will get you to your goals week-by-week, the pricing options for your unique situation and the contract. 

    We can always book a follow up call if you have more questions.


  • What are the contract conditions for personal training?

    -Minimum 4 month commitment (this gives you reasonable time to attain your goals sustainably + build the routine and skills needed)

    -All monthly sessions are to be paid for upfront. Sessions are not refundable under any circumstances.

    -If you cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance we can reschedule it to a later time.

  • What's included with our training sessions?

    You’ll get access to my mobile app. It includes progress tracking, meal plans, meal logging with the barcode scanning feature, online workouts and a weekly check-in template. All features are optional, however I will give recommendations on what you should take advantage of to make your goals more attainable.
