Meet Emma Jane

CEO & Founder

In 2015 my life changed forever when I discovered the power in taking care of myself. After battling addiction and on and off homelessness for 8 years I decided to use fitness to heal from the inside out and completely revolutionize the way I live and view life.

In 2019, I became a CanFit Pro Certified Personal Trainer to help other women find permanent success and results in their own fitness journeys. In 2022 I quit my full time job and founded Train with Emma Jane pursue my passions full time and foster a community where ALL women feel fit, accepted and appreciated!

At Train with Emma Jane we uplift women’s worth to more than their appearance — it’s elevating ourselves into the version we deserve to be. It’s nurturing and challenging ourselves at the same time and finding happiness and enjoyment within our routine to create lasting results.

My Services

All services come with my mobile app which includes: Personalized meal plans, macros tracking, personalized online workouts. It can also track progress through habits, photos and/or biometrics. You’ll also receive a weekly check in template to see how you’re doing and if I need to change anything for the upcoming week.
