Through fitness I was not only able to heal my relationship with myself, I was able to heal my finances, relationships, boundaries, self-worth and quality of life. I’ve watched my clients first-hand making improvements in different areas of life and feeling more at peace with their mind, body and overall wellbeing

And this doesn’t mean sacrificing physical results. It means building a lifestyle that achieves them without it feeling forced, rushed or unsustainable.

It is my life’s work and passion to see the women I coach making these same breakthroughs. Investing in your health and fitness goals is the stepping stone to achieving anything else you desire out of life.

Meet Emma Jane

Founder & Certified Personal Trainer

In 2015 my life changed forever when I discovered the power in taking care of myself. After battling addiction and on and off homelessness for 8 years I decided to use fitness to heal from the inside out and completely revolutionize the way I live and view life.

In 2019, I became a CanFit Pro Certified Personal Trainer to help other women find permanent success and results in their own fitness journeys. In 2022 I quit my full time job to pursue my passions full time.

At Train with Emma Jane we uplift women’s worth to more than their appearance — it’s elevating ourselves into the version we deserve to be. It’s nurturing and challenging ourselves at the same time and finding happiness and enjoyment within our routine.
