Believe it or not, we can all love fitness when we find the right TRAINER! Most of us need that social element, emotional support and accountability partner more than we think. Not to mention who doesn't want to crack jokes, make conversation and enjoy the workout while still pushing hard! With me, you'll always have someone in your corner! 


I started Train with Emma Jane in 2022 to be the change I want to see in the industry. With so much misinformation on social media and misleading posts I feel it's my duty to dispel them and teach women the true approach to being successful in the gym and in their overall routine. 

When you work with me you'll feel excited for the future. I will teach you how to set self-empowering goals that steer us away from our appearance / weight on the scale and more into the steps of how to build the WHOLE PICTURE! - Increased strength, replacing fat with muscle, how to fuel your body and adequate rest.  

Transforming your routine will transform your life! From setting boundaries to deciding who and what is worth your energy and even buckling down on aspects such as finances and relationships. The energy you put into yourself will translate into all these other areas (See my story below). 

I'll be real - there's  never a perfect time to start a health & fitness routine. You just have to start! Like any other big decision in life, you just have to go for it because it's something important that you need for own wellbeing and happiness.

I've come a long way in my own health and wellness journey and I use my experience to tune into my client's needs and how I can help them get to where they want to be in life. Like most women, I too have had a lot of fluctuations in bodyweight, water retention, hormonal balances/imbalances and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in August 2023.

In 2016 I was overcoming addiction and needed to detox.  It caused extreme weight loss as it was impossible to eat or hold down food at times.  This was a pivotal point in my life where I knew I wanted to use fitness as a healthy coping mechanism and change my overall habits. This was my chance to leave my past behind and pave a brighter future. 

By 2019 I had began taking my exercise regimen to extremes. Sometimes working out for 90+ minutes a day 5-6 days a week. I won't deny that I look really good, but inside I was feeling drained, restricted and even lonely. My entire life had become focused on what I see in the mirror and I neglected to embrace who I am and what makes me truly happy (it's not having abs ahaha).  


In 2020 I officially became a CanFit Pro Certified Personal Trainer and refocused my entire approach and attitude towards health and fitness. I want my clients to know that good things take time and you're worth that effort and dedication. You won't just evolve physically, you're going to grow into a stronger, more confident, more resilient woman who knows what she wants and goes for it. 

In August 2022 I started Train with Emma Jane full time and have since worked with dozens of women in one on one and group settings. No matter who you are or what your journey has been - if you want to revolutionize your lifestyle to be more successful overall I am the cooch for you!
